Acknowledgment. Your continued use of https://arexconstruction.com constitutes acceptance of these Terms. Arex Construction reserves the right to deny service to anyone who does not accept them.

Service Description. This Site describes Siding Installation, Siding Replacement, Siding Repair, Siding Inspection, Soffit Installation, Fascia Installation provided by Arex Construction. Estimates and quotes are issued separately and superseded by signed agreements.

User Conduct. You are responsible for any information you submit and for maintaining the confidentiality of any account access. You agree to use the Site lawfully.

Acceptable Use. You may not (a) use the Site for any unlawful purpose; (b) interfere with the operation of the Site; (c) attempt to access any non-public area; or (d) scrape, copy, or republish Site content without prior written permission.

Site Content. Content displayed on https://arexconstruction.com is the property of Arex Construction or its licensors. Unauthorized reproduction or distribution is forbidden.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

End of Use. Arex Construction may terminate your Site access at its discretion. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

No Warranties. Arex Construction disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Site use is at your own risk.

Liability Cap. Where permitted by law, Arex Construction's total liability for any claim related to the Site is capped at amounts paid by you in the prior twelve (12) months.

Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Arex Construction from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Choice of Law. WA law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of WA, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.

Modifications. Arex Construction may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this Site. Your continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
