Who We Are

Arex Construction is a locally owned company serving homeowners around Spokane, WA, and we focus on exterior work we can stand behind. Established in November 2025 and backed by more than four years of hands-on experience, we built this company around a simple idea: the person who gives you the estimate should be the same person who does the work. There are no handoffs to different estimators, project managers, or unfamiliar crews. You get one face, one point of contact, and clear communication from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.

Our specialty is high-quality exterior finishes, especially Hardie Board fiber cement siding in lap, batten board, and panel styles. Day to day, we handle siding installation on new construction and home additions, complete siding replacement when old material has worn out, and careful siding repair for panels damaged by water or storms. We also provide siding inspection so you know the real condition of your home before spending a dollar, along with regular siding maintenance to help your exterior last.

Beyond the walls themselves, we finish the details that pull a home together. That means soffit installation, including tongue and groove soffits, plus fascia installation, wrapping exterior trim, and trimming or replacing windows. When you want your addition or garage to look like it was always part of the house, we match existing siding and can work up custom siding designs that fit the look you have in mind. Bonded and insured, and licensed in both Washington and Idaho, we take the paperwork side as seriously as the craftsmanship.
